I was actually complimented on my dress today Rich 
I have now officially given up golf - it gets no better than this.
2 rounds in fantastic weather on an empty course the like of which I'll not play again - I have played many of the Surrey /Berkshire sand belt courses and enjoyed them all, but I was extremely pleasantly surprised that every single hole was a joy . All different, several stupendous. All playable by a variety of standards of golfer.
And no bigger than a 5 on my card. Best irons and short game i have played in many a year.
Once in a while a day's golf reminds you why this game is fantastic.

And the rest of the course/food isn't too shabby either!
Comes 2nd (equal with Sunningdale) to The Berkshire for 'best day's golf in Southern England' only because it's the same course. Perfect length for 2 rounds and a relaxing Lunch!
