Swing Analysis

Hope someone can help, just started playing again a couple of months back, was playing on Sunday evening and decided to take a couple of videos to analyse my swing, can anyone give any hints or tips on things that may not be quite right. Had to stick a tee in the ground to support my phone so apologies if the angle is not quite right -

Some good things in there but your lower body is very unstable and swaying badly.

As Brian says. Plus seems to be a bit of an over swing. But generally not bad considering you have only been back playing a few months.

Concentrate on a more stable stance and cut out the lower body movement ?

That would be a great starting point. Rotation is OK but not the sway.

Just checking - is the sway a left to right motion or forward / back ?

The reason I ask this is that I often align the ball to the toe of the club to get a strike out of the center, I also sometimes miss

Your front knee is pushing forward past your toe and making you sway too much on the outside of your lead foot. Try and post your front leg so that you can pivot around it better.
