So im looking to replace my Aeroburner mini with a 915

the mini has served me well and found many a fairway.

but its time to start going for the long par 5,s

and my driving has has really improved.

i have a R15 driver with a Aldila Rogue shaft 230 carry

was thinking a 915 with a rogue in it and have tried it against a M2 which was very low spinning but not as consistent

but 915 is £149!!!!

Has anyone got a 915? And love it or hate it? Any point waiting for 917?

Use both 915 3 and 5 wood, love em both and won't be looking at 917, good off both tee and deck.

915 here and after my first outing with it remarked to the Pro who'd I bought it off "Today was the start off a long and loving relationship " :)

Just put a 24 degree 915 hybrid into the bag.

Absolutely love it. So easy to hit. 4 iron replacement.

Going to be done with it and do the same with my 5 iron . I don't get enough height with it so it is going to.

27 degree hybrid is next on the list.

I acquired a 915 D2 which I never liked and didn't play with. Yesterday I p/X'd it for a new M2 which I hope will serve me well

I went to a GC2 booth the other day and there was a demo 915 FD 15 degree 3 wood in there that i had a play with. First hit i fell in love! I have never been able to hit 3 woods off the deck so i never play mine at all (aeroburner 16.5 degree), the FD version is supposed to be more of a 'players' version than the F but I found it so easy to hit. I have always played reg shafts too but this had the Aldila Rouge Black in stiff and it felt great. I was hitting it pretty straight and 230 yards every shot. Will most likely wait for the 917 to come out and grab a deal on the 915!!!

I had a 915 3 wood, its a beautiful club but we were just not friends. I have had tons of Titleist woods and most with the Diamana blue but the latest OEM version just seemed so much less robust than any I have had before. Also I may not really be a fairway wood guy.

I've hit the 915F recently and really quite liked it. It's a good step on from the 913 although the Rogue shaft is not my favourite (going to be swapping the one out of my 915Hd soon, hopefully) but that's just my taste/technique limitations. I agree totally about it being a low spinning combination, which is fantastic for distance but actually put me off a little as I like a little more spin and forgiveness - sacrifices a couple of yards but worth it for the accuracy.

I'm planning to upgrade my main woods but will wait to try the 917 and as many shaft combinations as possible before committing my cash.
