Played on Monday and the arms did have a pink hue and the nose in particular was a bit redder than normal. I imagine anyone playing the remainder of the week will have endured even more UV rays than I did as it was a bit cloudy at times. At the end of the day though it has to be better than wind, rain and snow

We played last Saturday in just a tee shirt, according to HID I got sun burnt on neck and face , lovIng this warm spell

I got seriously bad windburn watching the Women's British open at Lytham 2 years ago.
Never got red playing parkland though - maybe because the sun rarely shines where my ball lands!!

Searched around for a decent hat last year and went for the cricketer style Titleist job - only for the summer though as my playing partners can only take so much.
