Sun City

Happy friday everyone. I've had a quick search and can't find any recent mention of people who've played golf out in Sun City (apologies if I have missed a laod of threads) Anyway, i'm off to South Africa for a month later in the year and i'm buzzing for playing at the Gary Player and surrounding courses. Are they all their cracked up to be? I'm worried the casino will do me in before I get on the courses.

Also, i'm gonna be in Cape Town, all along the garden route and Jo'burg so if anyone knows of some hidden gems to play then i'd be hugely grateful.

Wow sounds like quite a trip, I've played in Capetown before. Royal Cape was my fave but also liked Arabella, Milnerton and Stellenbosch. Never been to Sun City but every December when it's on TV it looks great and I always think "one day...."
