Sun block for lips

Hi all

Over the years I've tried tons of different lip balms with SPF20/30/50+ to protect my lips in the sun.

Despite even using factor 50+ I feel like the balm helps my lips "cook" .... So I'm looking for a total block. I don't care if it makes me look stupid, I just need to manage them in the sun.

Does anyone have first hand experience of such a product? I've been looking around the net again today and I'm none the wiser.

Next time you are you near the beach go to a proper surf shop - buy whatever they have a the till. I have the same issue with my lips - it's really the only part of my body i get sunburnt. I don't recall any brand being good or bad, but there are plenty that are hard sticks for lips and nose. Works a treat without looking more of a prat than normal.
