If you have the misfortune of suffering from this complaint of a sore sweaty crease shall we say, there are a few aids to help with this problem, assuming it is not a personal hygene problem.

Try two pair of undies, tight fitting, these reduce the ammount of movement of the cheeks and also absorb more of the sweat at the same time reducing friction against the skin. ;)

Dont assume I know this because I have this problem as I dont! :p

GAC.
Petroleum jelly

I wouldn't recommend talc as when I did a bit of running in my youth, it turned to paste and made it worse.
It wasn't my A£$e that chafed though,,,, inner thighs

Sorry if this has put an indelible image in your heads

i got this real bad in spain last year! it happens in hot weather and happens to the best of us! the guys found it hilarious but one of them saved me by giving me some sudocrem cream. Its a nappy rash cream and saved the rest of the holiday for me. I was walking like a cowboy for days before being saved.

remember guys sudocrem...don't leave home without it!

I feel your pain my friend :(

A good squirt of Johnsons BP around 'the reciprocating angles' followed by a post-round shower and another application does the job for me although the sudocream sounds as good a route as any too.

There's a Jethro-style joke in this thread somewhere but I'm damned if it's going to be me that comes out with it. Happy golfing

I have never heard of this particular ailment(obviously only affects the male of the species) I will never be able to look at the men in our club without thinking if they are covered in some baby cream or are chaffing everytime they swing!

Have a painfree Day
