Even before the good folks of the forum are downing that last post-round pint in the clubhouse and heading home for the Sunday roast, the third Asian Amateur Championship has already been decided out here in Singapore.
And an exciting final round it was too, with defending champion, Hideki Matsuyama of Japan quickly overhauling long-time leader Ben Campbell and then never being headed, though Korea's Soo-min Lee ran him close with a best-of-the-week 64.

... and anyone watching the final day highlights on SkySports, take care when the leaders get to holes 14, 15 and 16 as I'm told I might feature on the coverage (depending how it's edited). I'm the one wearing last-day red as I attempt to mount a final-round charge.
Off to the airport soon for the long flight home, by which time the heat-wave my wife has been gloating about while I've been away, will no doubt long since have departed!
