The key to finding the right pump is the head of height it needs to pump to, just because it says 500 litres per hour or 5000 litres per hour means nothing in the grande scheme of things, look for a small but powerful pump that will lift to the height of your butt and still deliver a decent flow to whatever or where ever your filling or topping up.

This 1 looks OK for the price, it has a maximum head of 1.6m which means at that height you'll almost get nothing, so if your butt is 1m, you'll get a decent flow, if you want a bit more flow, look for something that has a head of at least 1.8m or 2.5m.

Don't get an aquarium pump as the cable will be too short and its not suitable for outside use, this pump in the link has 10m of rubber cable.

Danfoss make a good sump pump, they come with a integrated float switch.
