Stromberg Shirt Sizing

I have looked all over for this and whilst there is plenty of advice for trousers, size up for Stromberg, there is nothing on their shirts. What do people recommend? If they are slim fit I am a large, if it was a Nike for example I would be a medium. I'm buying for a relative who is a similar size to me and Stromberg have a great offer on at the moment.

I have a couple of Stromberg shirst and I would say they are a regular fit, I take a medium in most brands (except Greg Norman) and they are about the same fitting as all my others but they do tend to make them a touch longer than most others, other than that they are a great shirt.
