Has street lighting got worse or is it actually darker than we’re used to or.........
I was just driving across the city and I was struggling to see the white lines in some lanes and generally the visibility of the road was very poor.
The white lines whether a normal road or a dual carriageway were very difficult to see!
I then noticed and remembered that much of our street lights have been allegedly updated, in that, so called stronger lights were installed on only 1 side of the streets and the staggered opposite lights we’ve been used to for years were removed.
Going by these recent experiences these single street lamps don’t work, and pedestrians on the 1 side are walking in the dark, which can’t be right.
Anyone else notice that our roads are not as well lit as they should be 🤔
