Went to Rangiora golf club last night for an evening with Steve Williams, Tiger's caddy.
It was a brilliant night and Steve comes across as a really good guy, great stories and insight into his and Tiger's lives, highs and lows of his caddy career and his speedway driving.
Also talked about his Foundation, which earlier this year donated $1,000,000 to Starship, Aucklands childrens hospital.
He gave his time for nothing and was happy to chat and sign autographs and got some great banter going with the floor
There was the usual auction at the end and picked up a Rangiora centennial flag with his autograph on it.
I'll be joining Rangiora in the new year as we're moving there to build on 10 acres, so will have own driving range
