My god these things certainly shift the dirt from the grooves of your club face in the blink of an eye. Great for a quick blast into cavities as well. Just don't hold it on to long in case the heat affects the glue.

Also does a great job on grips.

Great idea, I think I might have to dig ours out of the cupboard as it's never used for anything else!
I can't see it being a problem for the glue as it's not much hotter than 100*C and the glue needs closer to 500*C to really melt it from memory.
I bet they dried in a couple of minutes as well without the need for wiping them on a towel after washing.

Thank god for that on the glue. I can spray away without concern then.

They still needed a wipe with the towel because the cool metal caused the steam to condense but the grooves were really well cleaned out.

If it does probably best to get it out! Who wants paint in grooves?

Not me! i want chunks of ProV1's in there!

One of the steam cleaner companies actually advertised one of the "things to clean" on their TV add was golf clubs, does a fantastic job! but maybe a once a year for me..

Your memory isn't great :)

Many epoxies will breakdown around 250F, I would hazard a guess that 500C is likely to see much more things melting away that the epoxy :)
