Why not just change the name rather than close down?
I’m not sure who you think has posted uninformed drivel?Hmm. What to post here. I think I’ve got 2 choices.
1. Post uninformed drivel and increase my post count as an utterly pointless contribution.
OR
2. Spend 2 minutes looking up the details of the company and its director in Companies House. Determine that it’s the business of a sole trader, and with a general understanding of trademark law and what “passing off” means in business come to the conclusion that this particular young entrepreneur is legitimately winding up their market stall because it’s been caught out.
In case it’s not clear, I chose option 2.

The website has those little popups on the bottom saying "so and so has just bought" which usually screams rip off to me. I'd also be curious how he has managed to procure his own golf balls if it's a one man band. Maybe he managed to get a contract with one of the Chinese/Taiwanese ball makers that the likes of Vice, Seed etc had but I've never heard of them or seen any reviews.Imagine using a discussion board to have a discussion
I was hoping to find someone who has used them to see if their stuff is any good. I did google the company and saw it was a one man band, so am assuming he is just buying off the shelf stuff from China.
