Guys,

My TM stand bag finally gave up the ghost on Saturday, so I am in the market for a new one. Anyone recommend anything?

I'm looking to spend up to £100-ish. I did read the feature in this months mag, but didn't really get a good idea of the bags themselves.

Cheers

Sun Mountain, I got a Superlight off ebay (cheap because it needed a minor repair - a screw had come out!). Very light as you would expect and plenty of room for my needs (I use it only for casual rounds, not for comps).

If it's your 'main bag' - H2nO

I've got a Nike Sasquatch and I think it's brilliant. The straps don't bother my weedy shoulders, 14 dividers, cool pocket, plenty of other pockets, and fairly light for all that.

I've got a Mizuno Aerolite 3 and love it. Plenty of space for all the usual stuff, nice and light and sits well on the shoulders.

Ogio make a great bag. My Grom's 3 years old now, and is still in great nick (I only carry through winter). A very good design, and well thought out.

I've got the same carry bag for when i'm feeling energetic.

Great bag !!!

I have the Cobra DB09 stand bag - light, plenty of pockets. Fleeced lined valuables pocket and insulated bottle pocket.

All pockets well located. Can be had for around the £80 or £90 mark!

Just the bag i'm looking at.
Now trying to find the cheapest stockist.
One of the strap loops broke on my stand bag last week so cart bag for now.
On BH Mon with some of the guys from here, my trolloey decided to seperate. Now repaired though (trolley not bag)

Sounds like you've already done the deal on a bag but I'd be interested in your feedback. I'm looking for some equipment reviews for the magazine next month. If you fancy being featured please PM me asap

Thanks guys.

Just been up to the club and picked up a Ping Freestyle (spot on Bob with the name\signature) for £65, and also have a nice demo G15 for tomorrow's comp.

I hope it works out well.

I have a Ping voyager and every zip pull came off. I've replaced them with blank keyrings. Thankfully the zip(s) itself seems in tact.

Its a bit late but if anyone gets a chance to see/buy a mizuno gtx, id recommend one.they are both stand and trolley capable. They look great too.

Shows how observant I am. I bid for and won a Superlight - what came was an H20. They're not having it back.
