We never seem to run out of ‘misselling’ stories… PPI, Dieselgate etc etc. the latest one to fill my timeline is ‘Stamp Duty Refunds on properties bought under probate’ .. anyone know this?
The sad bit of misselling stories is that I am quiet gullible but I never get a refund. (Even had my Audi claim rejected!!). Our prev house was a probate purchase, so I looked up one of the ambulance chasing website. Looks like refund is only applicable for property developers rather than owner occupiers. Anyone know better?
