Just a heads up for anyone interested, start sheet came out today for this competition and it hasn't filled up this year.

Handicap limit is 14, play from the Championship tees. If anyone is free and fancies it you won't get a better day's golf anywhere for £40.

Mods.... I know this should be in the arrange a game section but please don't move it as more people are likely to see it in the lounge......thank you

Really tough day if it's windy out there. To be honest I would rather play Trevose than St Enodoc as it really can punish a good shot.

Chances are it will be windy, can't remember ever playing it in calm conditions. I don't get the love for Trevose, possibly the most over rated course in the Top 100.

Yeah it really is at the end of the world, even for me on the south coast it's still a 4 hour drive to get there :(

Worth it though :D

4 HOURS from Christchurch? Get in the car and leave the pushbike at home!

St E will punish a good shot on more occasions than is fair for ten rounds let alone one. Trevose is a great links course that you have to play well on but if you do play well it will reward you and not punish you. Play poorly and both course will rip you apart.

Yeah 4 hours in normal traffic, the Dorset coast road is a nightmare with caravans and Sunday drivers. When it's clear I can do it in just over 3 but that's pretty rare :(
