St. Andrews today!

I visited St. Andrews today in the forlorn hope I could play one of the courses!

WOW! Looked amazing but I could hardly stand up in the car park and thought it better to come back sometime in the future when it would be enjoyable!

I stayed at Drumoig golf hotel and played there on Sunday!

Enjoyed it and I played really well, for me, in interesting conditions! Dry, a bit frosty, patches of left over snow! But no wind!!!

First full 18 since last year, played and scored properly and shot 88!!!!!!!

I did think I was bang a wimp! And don't mind the wind as a live on the fylde coast!

But it was seriously strong! I sat there for ages and went for a walk, but it would have been a farce! I saw absolutely no-one else trying to play!

I will go back!!!
