Srixon AD333

Hi guys, what are your thoughts on the AD333's?

I was using the Pro V's but since using the AD333, I 'll now be sticking with them.

They feel immense and I still can't believe how cheap they are.

Has anyone else found this?

They get good reviews but personally I do not like them. They are nice to use with irons and woods but feel like rocks off the putter face to me. For roughly the same price I prefer Wilson DX2

I'm the same as Essex Stu. Didn't get on with the AD333, but have heard a lot of good things about it. I now use the Wilson Dx3 or Callaway HX Bite.

Just goes to show that not every ball suits every golfer - now there's a shock!

Same here, off the tee with a wood, most balls will do. chipping and putting is more important to me though so it has to be a premium ball like the Prov1.

I am the same as the above. I was actually fitted for the 333 and its great till I get to 100y, it is hard to stop on greens for me.

I exactly how I feel about them. Never understood the love in with them but I do like the nxt tour for winter though.

Yep I like the NXT Tour too, I have found a few of late and always feel nice off the face. Are they the same price as AD333? Ill go check..


hmmm £28... thats pretty expensive, I would pay the extra and get Pro V at that price.

i have found nike power distance soft good balls, but i also play ad333's too

NXT Tours are overpriced in my humble opinion.

Try the Callaway HX Bite or HX Hot (for a little more distance) or the Bridgestone E6 for a close comparison.

Sorry to hijack the OP! If they work for you Leaney, then stick with them.

to be honest i have a bag full of all types of balls and am not yet good enough to really tell any difference in any of them, they all seem as easy as each other to lose! I did however buy 2 boxes of srixon distance balls in a sports direct last week for £15 which seemed very very cheap, used one two days ago and it was the first round ive finished with the same one as i started!

With a quick look seen them at £20 a dozen which doesn't seem too bad.

recently changed to Bridgestone xFIXx and really seem to hit these balls better.

i use ad333 and im happy to carry on using them, i like the feel they give. I tried the zstar and didnt like them at all.

I was using the AD333 in the winter when it's easy to stop a ball on the green but recently tried some TM Burner TP and they are a great ball and will be my ball of choice in the winter now

I have never understood the love for the AD333 either. Tried them a few times and never got on with them. Give me a Wilson Staff ball anytime, DX3, DX3 or FG Tour are top of my list. The Bridgestone E6 is also a pretty decent alternative.

I must be the only person who has no love for Titleist balls. Not a fan of the NXT or NXT Tour and find them very ver priced (pro shops around me all charge RRP so nearly £30) and I would take the FG Tour or a Z-Star over a Pro V1 at far less cost.
