Been keeping track on our new ground and it looks a belter of a stadium, in essence a big bowl. The atmosphere has been a big part of the design of the ground with the fans much closer to the pitch than other more modern designs.

61 thousand capacity, exiting times ahead, only downside I can see is playing a season at Wembley.

But I did notice that premium price seats are £100 per match, corporate seats I imagine. Not sure what other tickets will be priced at.

Gotta be better than Chelsea's, saw the plans yesterday and looks like shares in meccano will be rocketing up.

I'm looking forward to it. although I'll miss the old ground.

Spurs will fill theirs unlike Chelsea, Chelsea should have built into the design a way of making the stadium seem fuller than it is , maybe using mirrors and piped in crowd noise.

The extra capacity is welcome, Wycombe who play spurs in the FA Cup 4th round, have only been allocated 4000 tickets
Going to be a lot of disappointed Wycombe fans around.

You will have to go to the away game Tash to get a better view, nearest to the pitch at Spurs is going to be under 6 meters as opposed to city's 12 meters i think.

Understandable in a way because of the reduced capacity shame because part of the pull of the FA cup is more away fans creates a better atmosphere.

Must be the other end of the ground you are on about. I am in row N behind the nets and am less than 12 metres from Claudio dropo.

I know, but a big fixture like this grabs the attention, people who wouldn't normally go , but follow the team would go, kids would badger their parents,
You could easily attract a whole new audience to start attending games.

It looks like my son is going to be the QS for his company on the site - like me, he's a staunch Palace fan so I suspect the very tight deadlines could be over run by years cos we don't care

But that doesnt happen though, 3-4k come out of the woodwork, and maybe a relative few go for a week or so afterwards.

Come 2 months later, the gates are as they were, if the cup run has finished. It happens all over the country, and at all levels.

I think that when a poorly attended championship club comes up to the prem, that the new found "fans" should be forced to pay for the season tickets for loyal fans who have has season tickets for longer than 5 years. Give the loyal fans a bit of loyalty back (a free season ticket for a year) at the expense of the "fledglings".
