Programme for the Day
8:30am Registration Opens
Registration opens in the Claret Jug Clubhouse followed by breakfast rolls and tea and coffee
9.15am A Warm Welcome
Representatives of both Springboard Scotland and The Carrick will formally welcome teams to this worthwhile and hugely enjoyable event
There will be a shotgun start and Stableford Rules will apply involving the best two scores from each hole. There will be prizes for the best team and best individual, the longest drive (at the 11th) and nearest the pin (the 2nd and 14th)
9.30am Teams prepare
Teams finish breakfast and make ready for a great round of golf
9.45am Teams to Tees
Teams make their way to allocated tee position. There will be buggies to transport those teams allocated to tees some distance from the clubhouse
10.00am Competition Begins
A klaxon will sound to mark the beginning of the competition.
Refreshments will be available at the 10th and 18th holes and a mobile drinks buggy will also visit teams on the course.
3.00-3.30pm Teams Return
Teams return to The Claret Jug Clubhouse
3.45pm Refreshments Served
Time for some delicious food after all that fresh air and exercise in world class surroundings
4.30pm Presentation of Prizes, Charity Raffle and Auction
The prize winning team, individual players and lucky raffle winners are revealed
5.00pm End of Event
