Time for a cheery thread.

I love this time of year - everything starts to spring into life, days are longer. And most importantly, a bit of farweather golfing! :fore:

Here's a few pics of the garden:

its been extremely mild up here the last 3 months with only the odd bit of bad weather. Crocuses have been out for over a month and Bluebells are coming though in the front garden.

We have a big Cherry blossom in the back garden, that has had blooms on for some time... no leaves.. just bloom.

Some of the gorse on the course bloomed in December... very strange

No buds on trees here. Not spring until then for me.

We had lovely weather for weeks on end there. last few days have seen the course sodden.

Its a funny start to the year last week near Liverpool I saw snowdrops, Croci, and daffs all in flower in the same patch of ground. Today I saw my first bee of the year.

Having a great spring in the Southwest of Scotland, another glorious morning.
Spent a relaxing weekend at my daughters farmhouse in Galloway watching the wee lambs in the field 10 feet from the lounge window.

Loads of Daffs out down my way. The bluebells in my local woods are always spectacular, but i have not been out to check if they are up yet.

Daffs coming out and some primroses poking their heads up around the course. Early blossom on the trees and beginning to get the "Spring has sprung" feeling.

I was was in London today and it was sunny and almost balmy mid-afternoon.

Hopefully Winter in retreat and the season's about to kick off properly.
