My nephew and niece were at a Laserquest. Spot the celeb in the background. He paid for them to play several extra games with him and his son. Real gent apparently and got the drinks in for my sister in law while they played

Whoever it is you would think they would take their cap off indoors. Very rude. The one front left reminds me of someone on the forum.

The cap issue aside apparently he was an absolute gent. Really friendly and not the big I am. My nephew and his son play in the same football team. Rhys (my nephew) was well made up when my sister in law told him who it was as he was over here in the summer and knew I played golf and wanted to call me but it was about 3.00am UK time

Nice one Homer.
I know you get a bit of stick for always advocating seeing a pro, but if ever there was one that could sort your short game woes, and now he's a friend of the family.
Just saying Homer.

Already primed the nephew that next time he sees Phil ask him to book me a slot when he's in the UK next year for the Open!

They could at least have invited him to a forum meet!

Really grown in my estimations in the last couple of years - top bloke!

Now you've said that.... would be great if we could get a couple of celebs along for the next H4H day. Maybe auction spaces to play with them etc. Would certainly help publicity etc. Just a thought for the dynamic organising duo Rich and Mr Garg (and other unsung heroes....too many to mention) to mull over

Are the GM boys not celebrity enough for you Homer? :D
