Does anybody regularly use SportsHQ for gear? I've seen they're an affiliate of fore24 who I've used in many an occasion. Orders some stuff Monday for next day delivery for which I paid a premium and 2 days later still not arrived. Rang til phone line cut off and then sent email and got no reply. Used their live help and "mike" was both and unhelpful saying they won't cancel and refund as order has been accepted even though he aknowlwdged that it hadn't been picked or dispatched!!

i have used them a few times although not recently, the story so far doesnt sound good hope it has a happy end.

Had an issue myself which has now been resolved. Although I had to get in contact with the CEO via twitter who then got his customer service manager involved. Got a gift cert on my way. It's an issue with the email/dispatch system.

I used them last xmas and the process was fine, although not fine for them, the delivery driver chucked the goods over my gate without a signature,

Used them about a dozen times, always had a good experience and even when I had to return shoes they were refunded no issues. Last purchase was their cheapo sunglasses a couple of months ago (bargain)
