I've bought a pair of running shoes from their website and paid for next day delivery as I wanted to be sure to have the shoes delivered before the weekend. This was two days ago.

In theory they should have also sent a despatch confirmation email. I used the online contact us form but no reply and they don't seem to have a telephone number.

Has anyone had problems with them before?

I ordered something on a Sunday evening from them once and it was delivered on Monday morning..so I cannot moan about their service..!
