with the way the European golfers are performing of late, our mighty leader will really have to get his thinking cap on for the Ryder Cup team.

He's going to have a difficult time working out who to leave out rather than who to include.

I think he'd like to go with DC, though despite his perfomance at Loch Lomond, imo that would be a mistake but DC as vice-captain would be an excellent choice.

He should just take the next two (three?) from the list. Learn from Capello, don't pick by big names or history, just the guys who are on the list. No recriminations either, no favouritism, no accusing of holding a grudge.
