Soft spike cleat ripper. Looks like a torture implement and only useful for taking them out but great solid bit of gear.

molegrips work well too! A cleat remover usually tears up softspikes and leaves the metal base. Clamp the metal base with the molegrips and normally comes straight out.

Seconded. So long as you don't want to reuse them, this is great. Very quick removal and won't damage the shoe.

One tip. Ensure you have it well pressed down and start turning slowly for removal. I tried to do it quickly the first time and nearly removed a large chunk from my hand.
