Anybody here played this course yet? Heard so many good things that we are heading up to play her on the 28th April. Pictures I have seen etc are amazing looking.

Any information from people who have had a whack would be great thanks.

Played up there last September.

The course is very good with a variety of holes. Definately one of those courses where you just have to take some time out and admire the scenery around you.

Definately an advantage if you can get some distance off the tee with this course. Don't want to be leaving yourself with too long a shot into the green.

I'm looking forward to getting back up there at some point this year. I'll see if I can dig out my strokesaver and let you have a gander at it at Blair on the 22nd to give you some more of an idea of the place.

Marko that would be great thanks.

Incidently can you tell me; is it true that you MUST use a buggy, you are not allowed to walk the course????

To be honest I couldn't say either way. I could believe it though as the course is spread over a very large area so they could be standard use to help pace of play.

I was there as part of a gift which included a buggy as part of the deal so didn't think to question it.

I'm sure I did see someone out without a buggy though but whether the buggy was just out of sight I dunno?
