South Winchester Golf Club

Thought i would give credit where credit is due, played at south Winchester in society meeting today and was totally impressed by the course, greens lovely and fairways tricky.
Has anybody else on here played there ? and what did you think ?

Cannot wait to play there again , but is expensive

Have played there before , the course seems to always be in good nick and has fantastic drainage, how did you get on ?

Never played there but heard a fair few good things about it. Good track if you like to 'open your shoulders' is a popular comment too!

How did i get on well played in society comp with my dad who played of 30 h/c (only has one hand !) and we won the pairs , with net 65
also i got nearest the pin on the 11th
so a very good game of golf, even worked out on the 15th i hit about 280yards!! with my new R11
