302 yards off the yellows
Slight down wind.

Slam dunk in the hole!!

My mates have already told me it doesn't mean anything as it was off the yellow tees.

Cheers guys. Doesn't happen every day so had to shout about it.

Didn't even have to buy a round or a bottle of whiskey! They had a comp on at the bar in which the next hole in one in a comp got a bottle of wine but the bottle is about 2.5 gallons. I wanted to buy something but there was too much to drink as it was!!

Mate, yellows or not you're now in a very very select club of players who have got a hole-in-one on a hole measuring over 300yds, I can't imagine there are too many members in that club either.

It left the tee and hit the hole.

Nothing in between apart from the bottom of the pin.

Made a mess of the cup!

Straight hole, no dog leg.

Bit of wind behind and if it missed the hole not sure I could have played it! But the match was close so didn't want to leave it short!!

Saw the bottle half way down. Had to get (a lift) back to my boy who is saying I am talking funny!

I'm guessing the rest of the guys are taking care of the rest, I did say I would be upset if there was any left tomorrow.
