Some Golf Gossip + HTL's woes

Played today with some Callaway workers who let slip after pressure by myself that there is a new range of clubs coming out in October 2009. They went extremely quiet after that and wouldn't tell me anything else. However it will be a full range, like the Diablo set they have just released, which is supposedly selling well?? (bull **** me thinks)

Anyway, played in today's comp and once again bottled it! 22 points going out and 11 coming in! Last week 9 points out 23 in. Off again tomorrow at 7:30 with just my irons and a hangover to see what damage I can do. One highlight of today was reaching all the par 5's in two. 210yrd 4 iron then 230yrd rescue 3 iron did it on each each with the roll on hard fairways. The greens at Leatherhead are awesome at the moment, they have been shaved right down and are playing soooo fast! If anyone wants a game soon (strongly recommend you do when the greens are so good)PM me and we shall sort something out. For £25 its a bargain!

Got back a few hours ago to watch the Lions play in a magnificent rugby match and andy murray to show some utter class to breeze past his opponent.

On a tangent: - Andy Murray or Rory Mcilroy who is the most talented and most likely to be world number 1?????

I'll be up for another game. Can do Saturdays on the 4th or 11th and Sunday the 19th. Had a chipping lesson so my game is really taking shape.

BTW I've been invited to an Society Organisers day at RA on Weds March 10th 2010 and can bring a partner. As the stronger half of the dreamteam (and thanks for carrying me) do you fancy it?
