I was.......but when I see the camera specs and the IOS8 problems I'm going to check out the Sony Z3 first, amazing camera with a 'G' lens and software that leaves apple standing......apparently.....and its waterproof....and a 2 yr warranty over Apples 1 yr
 
2 bloke I work with have just announced there's are out for delivery!
 
well im gonna mooch into town, if there is a queue of geeks like the iphone5 launch i will turn around, buy a coffee and come home.
 
I know i could have pre ordered one weeks ago, but it just annoys me that apple have purposely sent limited stocks to retail stores to create more hype and PR spin on it "selling out" by 11am on launch day. You try and do your thing by shopping on the high street, but its just not worth it, the guy in the phone shop offered to order one online for me! the high street is actually dead. my town is just coffee shops and mobile phone shops, and the mobile phone shops will all look like the phones4U one soon. shame.

I'm still using a 3yo HTC. Contract expired so I switched to SIM only and it only costs me £9.99 a month. Has a good camera, large screen and all the apps I require.

Really don't see the point of a £35-40 a month contract right now just to have the latest shiny toy.

You know you're talking to golfers who are famous for buying new clubs fairly often, on the promise of "added distance"? At least on a phone you can see the new additions!

My past 4 phones have been Apple & Tbh they're pretty much all the same.
Still a good phone but not worth getting excited over.
 
Picked up the 6 for the wife and 6plus for me.i went the 6 plus route as was going to buy a mini iPad but no need to now.
