The sun is Shining and weather is sweet.

So the weathers immense at last, long weekend I've played golf badly! Took HID out last night for dinner to the Hollywood bowl restaurant and eat cow pie complete with horns it was very desperate dan And dandy! Lovely though.

Today was sweeps festival in Rochester went along saw some festivities, indulged in a wetherspoons gormet burger, back home wrestled with a tree I've been trying to extract from my garden for weeks, now relaxing and starting to re-read The Game of Thrones novels as they are awesome. I've discovered and well Into my 2nd new favourite drink Crabbies Alcoholic ginger beer it's Devine and refreshing on days like today.

Tomorrow off to Port Lymne to see the animals. Absolute peach of a weekend gotta love it when the weather behaves.

So what's everyone else doing this fine bank holiday weekend.
 
4/5ths of not a lot.
HID has a trapped nerve in her neck so I'm cooking/cleaning/washing/nursing mode, The Boy has a cold so isn't up to much either......
Managed to get him to go to the par 3 course today but it was so busy it took 90 minutes to go round 9 holes so he got bored. But looming for some bigger clubs for him so it looks like he's getting interested...
As for tomorrow - lets see how the neck is.........
Currently looking forward to going back to work.....
 
If the golf course is open, what else is there to do?

finiished 7th out of 81 on saturday, played ok'ish today (won £5) and playing at 9am tomorrow, definately not looking forward to going back to work.

only 3 weeks til the next bank holiday weeekend
 
Today - packing for house move.
Tomorrow - packing in the morning, then drive down to Hemel Hempstead for an early start in the office on Tuesday.
Then back home for more packing.... ... then moving house Friday.

Working all weekend, but then Im playing Tuesday and Thursday at my gaff, Wednesday at Delamere (hopefully), Friday and Saturday at Slaley... Then Im having a few days off to rest my weary bones.....
 
Today was cutting grass, riding my push bike ( 23 miles in the sun ) and then sat in garden cleaning clubs and drinking Cider.

Tomorrow I'm teeing off at 10:00 then off out after for meal with friends.

Looking forward to getting back to work for a rest !!
 
had a drive to the club to give my mate a bit of encouragement for his county scratch knockout comp (he won 2&1),had a nice lunch on the terrace then home to cut the grass and do nothing,love lazy sundays.
 
A lesson on Saturday afternoon

Comp Sunday morning - joint 19th out of 100 disappointed a little with maring up a par 3. Afternoon, dinner with son, his other half and 1 year old granddaughter with trip to the swings.

Today, cooked breakfast for hid and me, dug veg patch and now collapsed in a heap!
 
Lost Saturday in bed as a unit decided to visit the pub before bringing their material in meaning I got a very late finish... Too old to stay up all day as I used to as a younger man... Actually got to play Sunday at my lads new club and managed to get around in 18 over which is, these days, as good as it gets... Spent this morning in the garden and it actually looks in good order so pleased with my efforts...

Also been enjoying the two wheeled sport on the box this week-end... The speedway GP was first class Saturday... Cav was at his best on the first stage of the Giro and the Sky team was imperious for the time trial... Sadly Crutch is gonna have to make do with being best of the rest until he gets a works ride... BSB at Oulton today on record...

Just been told I could have walked over to the Lido this morning to see the lovely Carol Kirkwood as thats where she was doing her forecasts from... Perhaps another time...
 
Played the PGA National on Thursday, Brabazon on Friday, suffered for it on Saturday on the sun lounger, helped my dad put some new fence posts in on Sunday followed by a good few beers, been to the range so far today then off to a BBQ at a pals

All before I'm back to that place of doom and gloom tomorrow.
 
Played 7 times in 7 days managing two wins rest were pairs apart from today which is medal an results are not up yet shot a 2under handicap so playing well ATM
