We got bloody loads of it up here this morning!

Work your plums off all week, look forward to a round at the weekend and all this white stuff falls from the sky and scuppers everything!

Yup we had horrible sleet/snow this morning which stopped me going out and using my new 910 on the course

The courses round here were just starting to dry out from last weekends rain and now it's back to being a bog again.

Same here homer, I played Saturday at woldingham and the course was saturated. If I was a member there I would have rather it had been closed. Fairways with lots of casual water, greens with water under foot, paths and buggy tracks flooded

No thanks, I played with Homer and a couple of others Saturday morning. After our partners cried off after 9 holes I was bemoaning the rain walking down the tenth when Homer mentioned that parts of the north had snow - I'd take rain anyday and feel for those of you that have snow.

Homer's back out today in a better ball comp which I was due to play in before being told I hadn't played enough qualifiers at Ascot to enter. I'm a bit gutted to be honest, I was looking forward to my second round of the weekend

I still have 2 piles of thawing snow beside my gate posts. Most has gone now but the ground is drenched and very spongy with water underfoot.

Oh well, maybe next weekend!
