We all like to complain about poor service, however.

Whilst playing on Saturday I noticed I had lost the battery cover on my SLR500, e mailed snooper yesterday to see if I could buy a replacement part. One arrived in the post today, completely FOC.

Now that imo is 1st class customer service.

Snooper it has to be said are very good in that respect, decent enough range of products too.

Great to hear such service. A lot of companies are actually pretty good, more so than years ago. Times are a changing. Still a few bad 'uns about though
