Used them once, got lied to about delivery and for that reason alone I won't use them again.
I've no problem with a company saying they forgot to send a package but to lie and say they sent it and would chase it for it to be delivered a few days later and the address label having a date as the day after I chased up, bad service IMO. don't lie to your customer, you never know who they are or who they talk to

Used them several times - always happy. Last time was to buy 4doz ProV1's for £114 and I either forgot, or didn't see where, to put in a promo code for an extra £6 off. Just mentioned it in passing in a subsequent email and they refunded me the 6 quid. Nice I thought.

I echo this, same situation with me, except I had used them many times in the past. They let me down big time with the economies of truth leaving a disappointed birthday pal.

I few years back I sold a set of irons and ordered a set off Snainton that were going to take a week or so to get to me, so I wouldnt be without a set to play with the guy at Snainton golf offered to post to me a used set so I could play, I didnt take him up on he's offer as I didnt intend to play for a couple of weeks, but that is fantastic service!!.
