This week I have been using the facilities at Snainton Golf Centre, Snainton, North Yorkshire. Whilst I have used the mail order service before, I hadn't used the excellent practice facilities or par 3 course. They have a covered bay driving range and also grass bays and short range all with great targets. The practice green is by the first tee, so after a few putts its time to try the Par 3 course. Although its flat, it's a very neat little course, with several 150 yard holes and a 180 yard hole, all the bunkers are shallow, the fairways and greens are well looked after and in good condition. With a days play for only £6 Snainton really deliver with value for money. Also on site is the 19 bar and cafe, a very smart cafe serving excellent food at great prices, I can recommend the full English. Finally the shop itself and the excellent staff, I needed a new waterproof jacket, but being rather large, a xxxl size was not in stock, within 48 hours they had one in stock for me to try, the advice they gave was spot on, and I left very happy looking forward to my next visit. Got to give Snainton Golf Centre 10 out of 10
