Posted a while back that my 13 month DNA shoes had sprung a leak slightly out of warranty.
Anyways i emailed FJ and explained the situation and they said they might be able to offer some help, assuming the shoes had not been mistreated.
Fair enough, so i emailed Snainton (place of purchase) and let them know FJs stance.
Shoes were subsequently send back to Snainton before being forwarded to FJ.
Well..
Today i had an email saying that FJ would replace the shoes to the new model free of charge and the guys at Snainton even asked me if i would like a different color!
Massive shout out to Simon at Snainton and FJ. I had no expectations of getting help even though i was peeved my ton fifty shoes had been rendered useless just out of warranty.
Top class service and not the first time that Snainton have gone above and beyond.
