Smelly slippers

Phew Yuk !!!, my year old very comfy [ expensive ] sheepskin slippers recently started to really honk . So on Tuesday HIDs threw them in the washing machine, now dried out, they smell even worse .
Thinking of trying baking soda , any other suggestions welcome, before she bins them

Stick them in the freezer for a few days

Then let them dry

Carrier bag normally works

But thaw them out before you put them on..could be a tad chilly on the toes..

The insoles aren't the problem, it's the fleece , , might have ticks too

Have you tried carpet shampoo foam?
Spray it in, leave overnight then a hot wash

try them on a wool wash... ( can't believe i'm giving washing tips) or burn them

Oh, disagree with that one. I have sheepskin slippers and boots and never wear them with socks and they don't smell.
