Finally had a chance to test out the slow motion feature on the 5S and I am really impressed with it. I've been after a slow motion camera for a while and it is what pulled me back to iPhone. Bought a GorillaPod stand for it to hang from anywhere.

Cracking slow motion at 120 fps, shows I'm still not tucking my arm in!!!!!

It's the short game that brings the handicap down - could have the nicest swing in the world means nothing without a short game.

I seem to remember after the first Woburn meet everyone predicted a lower handicap quickly based on your swing. It looks even better now.

Have you had lessons in your weak areas?

It is honestly a crying shame that your full swing is attached to an 18hc. (Meant in a nice way)

watched your chipping video philly. its easy to see where you are losing shots. get that sorted this winter and take the game by storm next season.

I had some some lessons at the start of the year and we started to work on my posture and bad habits, these look to be fixed now apart from keeping my right arm down at the top of my back swing, it seems to come away and I think that puts me out of position.

My weak areas at the moment are off the tee, putting myself into trouble and sometimes hitting hazards and generally getting in poor positions. Putting is also a weakness at the moment. My chipping has improved, I used to always quit on the down swing but now make solid contact.

I think generally this year I've failed to find a good bit of form, doesn't help when you only once or sometimes twice a month.

I've done the same thing, got a knock off gorillapod off amazon, tried it tonight and it worked well. Your swing looks a million times better than mine too! I knew my swing was getting a bit ropey, the video just helped confirm it! Lesson booked.

Post it!!!

Wish the slowmo was as good on mine(htc one x), frame rate is lower and image quality is poorer than yours. I ended up with a 40" tripod as there's nowhere to hang the gorilla pod at my range, does the job but now I want a proper camcorder

The slow mo looks excellent! You might just have swayed me to take the upgrade from my 4s. Good swing too btw (unless the vid is super-duper slow mo in which case you were swinging too fast) :D

I'll have to try this on my S4. I'll post a vid up once I have to compare the 2 for all the folks that are looking to upgrade phones soon :-)

For what its worth, a quick comparison with the Note 2 high speed setting.
