Slightly dissapointed with direct golf

Went and ordered and paid for my new clubs 3 week ago today and while I was there decided to buy a bushnell tour v3 paid same time picked my clubs up last Friday having waited for them custom made at titleist rang again to see where my bushnell is still not been delivered to store surely to god a company as big as direct golf struggle to get items in stock
 
I wouldn't be happy either, 3 weeks for C/F titleist but still no laser that is in stock at AG locally, think I would be asking for a refund.
Enjoy the new shinies at least. :)
 
I will be asking for my money back on Friday if it has not arrived by then I will email the sales dept an wait for a reply first
 
Not impressed with Direct Golf myself, same as AG, here was my last experience of them! Ordered a set of Mizzys of them as my pro shop do not stock them. They took 3 weeks when Mizuno were quoting 4 to 5 days (from placing the order) They lied through their back teeth blaming Mizuno, unfortunately for them Mizuno has a forum and a topic dedicated to your order. So when I eventually collected them I asked to see the manager, to cut a long story short he became very irate when he asked if I was calling him a lire on my reply "yes" almost fronting me up, until I showed him the Custom fitting managers comments of the Mizuno Forum. Never seen that shade of red before on anyone's face. He gave me 24 Pro V 1's and a brand new Mizuno Wedge (which should have gone to the customer as a bonus on their order but AG were keeping), haven't been back since. If I can't get it at my Pro shop personally I use the likes of golfbuyitonline and Snaiton golf, always received great service from them.
