I know from visiting loads of courses and speaking to the Pro's that stock a range of SkyCaddie devices that its the best seller for them, you don't need to subscribe unless you want all the extra features so its great to grow into.

I have one and think it's great if your wanting distances for front middle and back with no yearly subscription. Very small and fits in the pocket nicely.

Why would you need to use it while charging?

Because I have a USB on my trolley, and a very bad memory
