Is it just me, who is obviously a high HC, but I don't understand a word those coaches are on about when they deconstruct a swing????

It does make me reluctant to take up my free lessons with the pro!!!

You should learn the basic mechanics of the swing during your lessons which will help you understand what they talk about.

When you have a greater understanding of the cause and effect of various movements within your swing you'll find yourself being able to fix your own golf swing issues (within reason). You'll also find yourself completely over analysing your own swing and going through periods of absolute hell. Sometimes ignorance is bliss.

I would like them to talk in more simplistic language for the many out there who don't understand mechanics but I can also see why they pitch the segment to those that do. I enjoy it though.
