Sklz Slice Eliminator!

Evening chaps, anyone used one of these? I was recommended one by a friend but thought I'd seek out some expert advice. It's designed to improve club path and therefore reduce chances of slicing, looks promising but not sure it's worth my time or just a fad gadget...

From what I can see it doesn't really do anything more than a head cover or a bottle set just outside the path can't do.
