Im okay with general rhythm and plane, esp after getting regular practice
im really looking for something that i can use if im a touch rusty, and also for pre round.
My problem is i gained a load of flexibility as was previously more stocky. Before i was getting much better numbers, now i am more flexible i seem to be flying a bit all over the place.
