Skin game score

Need clarification on a recent discussion with fellow golfers.
One of the holes at our club is a par 4 for women and par 5 for men. In a skins game, if a women scores a 4 and a man scores a 4. Who wins the skin or is it tied?

Unless the SI of the hole gave the woman a shot and not the man, I'd be paying the man.
But I could be wrong.

There is no standard or mandated format for skins.

Before play, you simply need to decide what wins the skins - i.e. gross/nett score and whether that is relative to par or not. If nett, each player should receive their strokes in accordance with the stroke indexes specific to the tees they are playing.
