According to the BBC VJ Singh is suing the PGA after they banned him for using Deer Antler Spray.
It seems they banned him for 90 days but he appealed and won as there was no blood test to back the ban.
I think it's poor form on his part suing and he has damaged his reputation further in my eyes with this action. He basically admitted to cheating but appealed a reasonably fair and lenient ban on a technicality and is now rubbing salt into the wound.
