For years hes been walking around like a Zombie,now hes free he is virtually
running around.

Ah. The old 'guilty until proven innocent' approach!

I have a lot more faith in the Judiciary of most countries - including South Africa - than I do in the Police!

Though, in this case. I doubt whether the 'leave this court without a stain on your character' expression is appropriate!

What do you think happen , never mind what can be proved , Lawyers earn their money by picking holes in statements , in this case they have done so , only thing all this proves is that they can not prove the case against him with what they got so he is a free man , I feel sorry for the family as they won`t know what really happen which i what they want

Funny how he looks like he's cured of his "mental illness" all of a sudden!

A judge, not some passerby, reviewed the evidence, and decided the case was seriously flawed. Therefore he's innocent. As for jumping around like a spring chicken... I think I'd manage to be overjoyed with a verdict like that.

If you had been under suspicion of murdering wife when you didn't do it to then find out you have been found not guilty in a court of law, I would imagine that would be quite a significant weight off your mind and will probably help you perk up a little....

The family do know what happened. Their daughter was kidnapped and murdered in a township in south Africa and the killers were caught. The convicted men were the ones who concocted the story of a contract to try and reduce their own sentences and it didn't work.
