Should the under 21 year olds be exempt from etiquette

IF there is a 'problem' with etiquette, in my experience, its not with this age group or 'seniors'...

Its more likely those in the 'upwardly mobile' group in their 20's/30's...

Think they know everything and that they are the only one's that matter in this world...

Absolutely spot on Steve. The ones who think that they are the only ones on the course.
Usually have expensive equipment a high handicap and wear flash clothes.
There ya go we have completed the circle.

Yeh can relate to those comments. Normally they are the ones that have to take the urgent business call as they go round the course.

Etiquette isnt a rule as such, its down to how someone perceives the game and how it should be played. I feel it doesnt matter whether you are 12 or 112 its all down to the individual, not up bringing either which seems to rear its head on here, everyone is an individual and have there own set and it doesnt matter what up bringing they have they will generally be the same person no matter what.

So now thats out of the way, the people who disregard etiquette the most are generally the I am better than you brigade, wont let a few youngsters through as they clearly dont have the experience someone older has, or the young teenagers who wont let the old guy come through because come on he cant be quicker than us. Even the I have more right to be here so you will wait your turn. Its all individual it shouldnt be exempt for people of any criteria how ever as etiquette is a choice, some people tend to make it their 2nd choice.
