Played in a qualifying comp at the club at the weekend and played to Handicap (14), Course Par is 70 and CSS was published at 69, however my round include 2 6's on 2 Par 3's, The published results have me remaining at 14, should I have received at 0.3 reduction?

Depends on the SI of the par 3's do you get a shot on either of them?

Both, one is SI 6 and the other SI 9

Need precise info to answer the "should I be cut" question e.g. your actual gross score etc. as Par is irrelevant to handicap calcs, but if you stroke on both of these Par 3's then they don't get rounded down as they are both net double bogeys.

Then no cut, the 6's stay the same on rounding as it's rounding down to nett doubles once a handicap is allocated only gross doubles for intial allocation of handicap.
